REFUND POLICY

All sales are FINAL. Refunds Are Not Applicable. Since we are offering partially non-tangible and irrevocable service, we do not issue refunds once the order is processing or is complete. As a customer, you are responsible for

understanding this upon purchasing any services from our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regards to the character of the services we supply.

Therefore, we do honor requests for refund on the following reasons:

• We will refund you in full if a project/promo has not been started on our behalf within 7 days after your payment .

• If you don’t want us to start the project at all, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours only of making payment. This includes all non-business days. For example, if you make a purchase on Friday, you must cancel by Sunday the latest to receive a refund.

SHIPPING

Production takes 5-7 Business Days. After Production, ORDERS will begin to be processed and fulfilled; This Can Take Up to 10 - 15 Business Days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUD TIME SPENT IN TRANSIT, ONCE YOU ORDER IS SHIPPED, TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED VIA E-MAIL.*These are Pre-Orders/ Print On-Demand, We Appreciate Your Patience and Understanding.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

• holidays 

• distance (domestic or international) or weather (natural disasters)
